Your Key Responsibilities: Ensure the integration of the systems and people that enable the visibility and delivery of commercial expectations across NPE-Tech Understand how we utilize our works management system, look for improvement opportunities and drive changes across the team Work with our suppliers to ensure we have competitive pricing every time Provide operational reporting on performance for management team to implement improvements Assist the team in the smooth implementation, process documentation and training of both new and existing business processes Collaborate with a passionate team to drive our company's performance and growth Your Ideal Skill Set: High degree of understanding and experience of works management systems High degree of understanding and experience of financial systems Organization and time management skills to manage conflicting priorities Superior ability to document processes and provide training and training material Excellent leader and works well within the whole NPE-Tech team Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
