About the Role As a Commercial Sales Rep , you will be responsible for identifying and securing new commercial collection opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

You will work closely with our collections team to ensure efficient service delivery and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Achieve growth in sales revenue through new and existing business. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial sales opportunities.

Work closely with the collections team to ensure alignment between sales and operational capacity. Customer Service & Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients. Deliver professional presentations and service demonstrations.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. What Were Looking For Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management. Ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in waste management, logistics, or commercial services (preferred but not required).
