(Please note that you must already have work rights in New Zealand to be considered for this role) We are looking for a part time Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team The Role Ensure all food preparation is meeting the required hygiene standards and required standards set by the Chef Ensure a clean and safe work area, including machinery Prepare all food items as per the standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimising wastage Work in all areas of our kitchen including but not limited to; Eight Restaurant, In Room Dining, Gardemanger Assisting other Chefs when required Our Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment.
