An exciting job role has recently become available at the We are with you. They are looking for a new member for Community Outreach Worker. Benefits of the role: High rates of pay Ongoing contracts (until minimum March 2025) Monday Friday 9am-5pm Duties/Requirements : Providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse and/ or Homelessness Managing referrals into the service, completing triage assessment and providing appropriate harm reduction advice.

Developing plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be. Experience : Experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those experiencing homelessness. ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months UK driving license.
