About the job: Were looking for an experienced Contract Manager, to foster profitability and sustainable growth, in our Small Waters area You will achieve strategic objectives such as growth, innovation, efficiency and excellence through an alignment with Citycare Waters Values, by ensuring projects are executed efficiently. In this role you will be responsible for: Small water and wastewater treatment plants operations and maintenance. Building and maintaining effective working relationships with existing and new clients.

Project engineering schedules and forecasts. Planning and scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and managerial aspects of projects. Implementing continuous improvements in service, productivity and efficiency, while implementing new technologies to provide improvement in operational efficiency.

Day-to-day management of staff associated with the Small Waters contract. What youll need: An NZCE/BE qualification and appropriate technical qualifications in Civil Engineering. Over 3 years experience in operational management.

Proven ability to drive and maintain operational improvement and efficiencies. Have technical and practical experience in Water or Wastewater treatment. A high commitment to quality assurance and HSE.

Your passion for operational efficiency, an alignment with Citycare Waters values and a commitment to upholding Te Mana O te Wai will allow you to be successful in this role. All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employers satisfaction. These checks include but are not limited to, ministry of Justice criminal conviction report, medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.
