If you are passionate about driving efficiency and effectiveness in contract management, we would love to hear from you Embrace this opportunity to grow with us and help shape the future of our business Some of your key responsibilities will include: Drive efficiencies and enhance outcomes to ensure that contracts are not only financially viable but also maximize profitability while reducing costs to serve Foster strong partnerships with senior management and business development teams to guarantee that contract terms align with Computershares strategic operational and financial goals Work closely with business teams and Finance to deliver comprehensive client contract reporting, empowering informed decision-making to support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting activities Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners, facilitating effective collaboration and communication throughout the contract lifecycle Proactive involvement in reviewing RFP/RFI documents, including any contracts supplied with the RFP/RFI (from clients and prospects) Continuously monitor industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in contracts and procurement management, ensuring that your knowledge is current and applied to enhance the company's contract management practices What will you bring to the role? Experience in Contract Management, including negotiation and renewal of external client contracts Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, able to influence outcomes and effectively present information to diverse audiences Proficiency in category management and advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Broad understanding of the financial services industry Ability to supp.
