M tnei tranga - about the role As part of a small tight knit , the Coordinator People Support is responsible for providing high quality HR coordination for Fire and Emergency New Zealand.

On a day-to-day basis you will: * Work collaboratively within the team to support the delivery of core HR work. * Gain experience across the full range of HR including supporting our recognition and reward programmes, onboarding, change management, and ad hoc HR projects. * Manage a shared inbox, along with triaging and responding in a timely manner.

* Gain valuable experience and development in a large and complex crown entity. We are looking for a flexible and detail-oriented individual to work in a faced paced team with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will have experience in high volume administrative or coordination work. It would be beneficial to have previous exposure to HR principals. To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will: * Experience working in a high-volume coordination position * Exposure to HR principals, through study or work * A curious and adaptable mindset to learn and grow * Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills * A focus and drive to succeed He aha ng painga o tnei mahi mu?
