Day to day duties: Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts Advising on company structuring, governance, and compliance Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and business sales Conducting legal due diligence and risk analysis Providing day-to-day legal advice to business owners, boards, and executives Advising on intellectual property, privacy, and commercial leasing matters Collaborating with external advisors, accountants, and in-house counsel What sets this opportunity apart is the chance to secure the kind of advisory commercial experience that will not only build a strong foundation in private practice but also furnish your toolkit for a future move in-house.
