The Opportunity: Our client is a registered charity who provides counselling and support to the South Auckland community. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in mental health or conselling to step in to this leadership role. You will have access to fortnightly external supervision sessions and their EAP Provider for online well-being resources, and confidential additional support if needed. In addition to usual leave entitlements, you will have up to 5 days training leave per year available with your own training budget.

About the position: In this permanent full time role, as well as providing team leadership you will also support a client case load of your own. You will receive the support needed to succeed in this position from our Clinical Manager, your clinical team lead peers, and the broader leadership team. You will lead a small team of seven.

Other duties may at times include supporting the Clinical Manager with leadership tasks such as recruitment, monitoring of at-risk clients, client allocations, clinical lead, data analysis and reporting.
