About the opportunity Fonterra is embarking upon a Future Business Systems (FBS) programme to deliver a simplified and standardised set of business processes to support the Long Term Aspiration of the Co-operative. As part of the FBS Programme, the Core System of Record (CSoR) will be replaced with a set of simplified and standardised business process, based upon the next generation of ERP solution, S/4 HANA.

The CSoR Programme will be led by a Programme Delivery Director and will cover processes operated within the SAP system, covering Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales Order Fulfilment. The programme will be of significant size and scale for the co-op. This role, Training Lead will report to the Head of OCM, CSoR and will be accountable for the creation, distribution, adoption and support of training to support change brought about by the programme.

It will involve working with local site and market change leads to ensure the successful completion and retention of relevant training across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Learning Strategy Development: Strategize and implement the creation, dissemination, and execution of training and capability uplift activities. Tailor approaches (classroom, documentation, E-learning, etc.

) to diverse roles, considering non-desk-based roles. Monitor adoption and effectiveness, collaborating closely with the program team to strategize role-specific plans. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with Role Mapping Leads to identify individual SAP role training needs and assess broader capability uplift requirements.

Ensure comprehensive learning designs for all areas. Curriculum Development: Create curricula aligning individual SAP roles into organizational roles, collaborating with Change Implementation Leads for tailored training. Include technology and non-technology process changes.

Learning Material Development: Create multi-format learning materials suitable for diverse roles, spanning from sales executives to frontline employees, ensuring adaptability to varied learning styles and time constraints. Training Deployment and Compliance: Plan and implement scalable training solutions for diverse roles. Ensure.
