Job Description We are looking for a Customer Care Admin Specialist who is looking for an exciting new challenge to apply their passion for people and customer experience! This role is people centric, where you will be able to connect with customers from all walks of life. No two days will be the same, so be ready to use your problem-solving skills and ability to adapt with a range of enquiries from online orders, issuing credits, or handling finance enquiries. This role will allow you to work across multiple customer touch points with a variety of our brands at our admin / contact centre based in our SSO office on Warehouse Way, Auckland.
You will need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am to 5pm (Mon Sun).
