The Opportunity Were looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused Onboarding & AML Coordinator to join our high-performing team.

You'll play a key role in welcoming new customers and ensuring anti-money laundering (AML) compliance alongside our Head of Risk and Compliance. This is a fixed-term opportunity for a maximum of 15 months, Monday to Friday, with working hours between 8 am and 8 pm. Training will take place in the office for a minimum of 4 weeks.

What youll do -Onboard customers efficiently while managing exceptions -Carry out AML checks and secure documentation -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to validate compliance -Monitor system requests and respond to queries -Identify and escalate AML risks -Support audits and special projects -Help improve and document onboarding processes. What youll bring -Admin or data entry experience with top-notch attention to detail -A passion for customer service and strong communication skills -Agility to shift priorities and stay on track -A knack for process improvement and routine work. Bonus if you have: -Experience in banking, finance, or payments -AML/CFT knowledge (especially NZ regulations) -Cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
