M te Tranga | About the Role This is a permanent part time (0.5 FTE) role working 3 days a week in a BNZ branch, including Monday & Friday .
You will be answering calls from our customers helping them with general banking advice, and then when needed you will be available on the branch floor being the first point of contact for our customers. If you have at least two years of strong customer service experience & a real passion for a career in banking, this could be the role for you! You will be based out of our branch located in Queenstown or Wanaka. What will the first two months look like? We will provi de you with all the training you need.
The first 2 months in the role will be dedicated to learning and then having a chance to practice in a safe environment . You will spend time with our Learning and Development team and t he first 2 weeks of training will be full time . You will then move to your part time hours and have 6 weeks to embed your learning with lots of practice and support .
After this you will work with your People Leader who will support you to grow your skills and to have engaging conversations with our customers to help solve their enquiries. You will continue your learning aided by support chat channels and regular coaching. What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?
