About the role: In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for customer enquires. Key responsibilities for this role: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Shop sales Assisting with customer and supplier enquiries Purchasing and receipting of products Dispatching of goods Controlling of stock The ideal candidate: Proven experience in customer service, event coordination, or a related field.
Referred experience in the hydraulic hose industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Why us?
