Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our software, resolve issues, and ensure they get the most value from our platform. You will work closely with the support, product, and engineering teams to escalate technical issues and improve the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating technical problems to the appropriate teams when necessary. Assist customers in setting up and using our SaaS platform effectively. Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights that enhance the customer experience. Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on new features and releases. Provide training and guidance to customers to ensure optimal use of our platform.

Contribute to the development of FAQs, help articles, and other customer support resources. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and technologies. Experience using customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is a plus.

A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain patient and professional under pressure. Basic technical knowledge or a willingness to learn about software applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
