Our Customer Service Officers are the key to our success by making parking a welcome part of our customer's journey. We need customer service team members to work frontline at Auckland Airport in our forecourt and carpark teams.

We are looking for people who want to make a difference to visitors to Auckland Airport and be the face of New Zealand. We work in a dynamic 24/7 work environment and operate on the following shift rosters: 4am or 5am start through to 2pm or 3pm finish 2pm or 3pm start through to 1am or 3am finish We also have some part time hours available 4am or 5am start through to 9am or 10am 4pm or 5pm start through to 9pm or 10pm We are looking to fill multiple roles, with immediate availability - with full time, part-time and casual roles available on weekdays and weekends. We will have lots of work and are looking for GREAT people to fill these roles.
