We also manage social support initiatives like Child Support, Working for Families Tax Credits, and Best Start. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic frontline team in Christchurch.

In this role, you will be the first port of call for our broad range of customers, supporting our them to understand and comply with their obligations -and to get things right from the start.
Your daily tasks will primarily take place in a contact centre environment, where you'll be making and answering calls, and responding to messages through email and other channels. You'll work closely with customers to understand their unique situations and help them achieve the best outcomes through thorough research and sound decision-making. Solve problems efficiently. Show empathy and understanding. Adapt to different situations.
Work well in a team. Are comfortable with digital tools. Pay attention to detail.
