Job Description What Will You Be Doing? Were on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include: Helping with service repairs. Assisting the store and our customers with their service repair based enquiries.
Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns. Supporting administrative tasks. Youll be an important part of our team, working to resolve customer issues and making sure we meet their expectations.
Who Are We Looking For? This role is perfect for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can remain calm under pressure, as you'll sometimes need to find the right words to resolve customer issues. This position involves making calls to customers and handling various administrative tasks, so having a friendly phone manner along with strong written and verbal communication skills is a must. The ability to quickly learn computer systems is essential! Above all, you will be a passionate team player who takes pride in delivering a memorable experience to our customers.
Hours of work are: Monday 8:30am - 4:00pm Tuesday 8:30am - 4:00pm Wednesday 8:30am - 4:00pm Thursday 8:30am - 4:00pm Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm.
