Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ready to lead a dynamic team? We're looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our already established and successful team. If you have a strong retail background and a knack for taking initiative, this role is perfect for you! Leading and assisting a successful customer service team. Motivating and driving your team in a dynamic, fun environment.

Ensuring the team delivers top-notch service and maintains the area. Fostering a positive team culture. Retail leadership experience.

Strong organizational skills. Confidence in conflict resolution and decision-making. Ability to manage a busy workload.

Good understanding of stock control processes. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Passion for sales and high-quality customer experiences.

Leadership skills and supervisory experience as you will be working with a sizeable team of part- timers and full-timers Ability to roster a large number of team members to ensure 100% coverage at check-out area and service desk Desire to achieve targets and drive daily performance. High energy and self-motivation. This role is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, working Sunday to Thursday.
