We are looking for a mature, professional, and experienced person to Join our reception team. Our reception function is a critical part of our visitor experience, creating first impressions for the visitor and a key point of sale for activities and retail. Our Reception / Customer Service Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing the the reception team and function.

Ensuring a customer centric approach is maintained at all times, that visitors experience a warm welcome, that is efficient, meets their needs and helps them to explore all the options Tekapo Springs has to offer across activities and retail The successful applicant will be working on a full-time roster, (including weekends and some evenings). Duties will include listening to our customers' needs and exceeding their expectations in providing information and the right product to really make their day and motivating our customer service team to strive to these high standards for every customer. This is a permanent role.

Key things we are looking for: Leadership skills Training skills Personality plus Bubbly with a welcoming smile can do attitude Energetic, with positive mental attitude Passionate about providing great customer service with a smile. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Be able to sell and upsell products.

Good written & verbal communication skills. Experience with cash handling and prior use of a POS system. The ability to work well as part of a team & unsupervised.
