About this opportunity As the primary point of contact for our customers, youll provide exceptional service by identifying their needs and delivering solutions, as well as building engaging relationships with our customers to maximise growth and retention opportunities. We are currently hiring for two full-time positions one permanent and one 12-month fixed term role. The customer service team operates Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Our New Zealand office is located in Penrose, with free onsite parking available. In this role you will: Use your outstanding communication skills to engage with customers via phone and email, identifying their needs and delivering solutions. Build engaging relationships with customers to extend their loyalty with SilverChef and maximize the opportunities for growth and retention.

Contribute to a high-performing culture that values teamwork, feedback, and collaboration. Adapt to customers' needs and situations with flexibility and resourcefulness, while maintaining a customer-first approach. We would like to hear from you if you are An experienced and motivated customer service professional, dedicated to achieving best customer outcomes.

Previous customer service experience in a contact centre highly regarded. Open to learning new skills and receiving feedback from your manager and team. Have strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail and accuracy.

Are solutions-oriented with a positive mindset. Looking to leverage your previous customer service/sales abilities to make a difference for our customers. Adaptable to changing priorities and processes in a fast-paced environment.
