Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of HALOs solutions. Respond and address customer inquiries across various channels, striving for one-touch resolution while maintaining clear and effective communication to build strong relationships and enhance satisfaction. Address customer inquiries promptly and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
Promote HALOs products and services, identify upselling opportunities, and recommend solutions to meet customer needs. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver cohesive and coordinated customer support..
