The Opportunity Were on the hunt for a Customer Success Representative to join our Animal Management division in Hamilton and be part of the exciting commercial journey of eShepherd our award-winning virtual fencing solution for livestock farmers. In this pivotal role, youll help customers successfully adopt, use, and expand their engagement with our product.
From onboarding and training to account growth and renewals, you'll build strong relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor who helps farmers maximise their outcomes with eShepherd. This is a dual-purpose role: while you'll deliver world-class support, you'll also uncover growth opportunities, upsell product expansions (such as additional eShepherd collars), and help customers evolve their operations through strategic use of our technology. What Youll be Doing As part of our Customer Success team, youll deliver ongoing support, training, and guidance, while also playing a key role in account management and revenue growth.
Youll: Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth setup and strong start Deliver product training that builds capability and confidence Proactively support farmers in optimising their eShepherd virtual fencing systems Build long-term relationships by understanding customer challenges and providing effective, product-led solutions Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, renewal, and expansion Identify and pursue upsell opportunities that align with customer goals Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and development teams Act as a customer advocatebringing feedback into our product and customer strategies Stay current with AgTech trends and the evolving needs of livestock producers The Fit Youre a relationship-builder who is just as comfortable helping farmers solve challenges as you are spotting and delivering growth opportunities. You have a strong grasp of agricultural systems and a passion for new technology that drives real-world impact. Youll also need: A relevant qualification in agriculture, business, project management, or a related field A solid understanding of livestock production systems and farming practices Experience in customer success, account management, or early career sales roles, AgTech or start-up environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills A sales-oriented mindset, with a track record of identifying customer needs and match.
