About the role: Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service and resolving technical issues? Join our dynamic Customer Operations Team as the first point of contact, providing information, answering questions, and resolving problems for our customers. On a typical day, you will handle phone queries, providing support and troubleshooting for various issues. You will also be responsible for managing the email queue and efficiently resolving client requests.
Typical cases you would be dealing with would include: Applying firewall and filtering changes Supporting/troubleshooting Local Area Networks, including switches and access points Actioning equipment returns Responding to general ICT service queries This role is ideal for someone aiming to progress toward a Network Engineering career pathway. About You: You may be a Junior Network Engineer or someone working in an ICT helpdesk environment, with a strong foundation in customer service and networking fundamentals. Youre great with people, agile in high-pressure situations, and love solving problems collaboratively.
Youll bring: 25 years experience in a technical customer-facing or contact centre environment A minimum of Network or equivalent qualification CCNA or NSE 4 strongly preferred; CWNA desirable Knowledge across technologies such as: Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet) LAN, switches, access points (e.g. Ruckus) Active Directory, Radius servers, Google G Suite, Azure AD Mail apps (e.
g.
