About the role: Are you a health care assistant with experience in dementia support and a passion for making a difference? We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Day Club Care Partner (Level 3 or 4) to join our friendly team and specifically to work with our day club members of Chinese origin . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet creative setting, supporting individuals living with dementia through meaningful engagement, cultural connection, and person-centred approach .

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and companionship to day club members, focusing on those with dementia Plan and facilitate engaging and culturally appropriate activities Assist with personal care as Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment Communicate effectively with families and colleagues What You'll Bring: A relevant Level 3 or 4 Health & Wellbeing qualification or Diversional Therapist qualification Dementia unit standards completed or a willingness to complete these within the first year of employment Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (essential) Reliability, empathy, creativity, and a strong team spirit We Offer: A rewarding, people-focused role in a supportive team Ongoing training and professional development A welcoming, multicultural environment The opportunity to truly make a difference in peoples lives Apply today to become part of a team where your skills, culture, and compassion truly matter..
