The Role As Demand and Inventory Planner , youll play a pivotal role in driving supply chain efficiency by analyzing market trends, understanding customer preferences, and optimizing inventory management.

Your contributions will ensure that customer demand is met effectively while minimizing costs and risks. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Determine optimal inventory levels, including safety stock. Track key inventory metrics such as turnover rates and stockouts.

Address issues of excess inventory and maintain balance. Demand Planning: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand. Utilize statistical models and tools to create accurate demand forecasts.

Refine forecasting models and monitor forecast accuracy. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align demand forecasts with inventory strategies. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure order quantities meet demand.

Actively contribute to cross-functional meetings and discussions. Reporting: Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like forecast accuracy and inventory levels. Document forecasting processes, assumptions, and methodologies.

Team Contribution: Actively support team members to achieve success. Deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines consistently. Participate in team and company-wide activities to foster collaboration and growth.

What You Bring To excel in this role, youll need: Essential Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or APICS CPIM certification. 5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, and procurement. Expert analytical and Excel skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and knowledge of international shipping. Skills & Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability.
