Key responsibilities include: Welcoming patients Providing excellent patient care, including kind and empathetic support with their dental procedure Working chairside with the dentist (or OHT) during dental procedures Undertaking Sterilisation Room responsibilities and ensuring infection control protocols are always followed Reception duties (if required), answering phones, processing bookings, completing patient callbacks, taking and processing payments etc.
