About the Role Were looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team. Youll play a key role in supporting the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that power our applications, and help us scale with confidence. This role is perfect for someone with a background in software development who thrives in cross-functional environments.

Youll work closely with product teams to ensure our systems are robust, secure, and well-documented. Youll be responsible for: Designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform Managing and optimising environments in AWS Supporting deployment pipelines using Octopus Deploy Working with Elastic Stack for logging and monitoring Building strong relationships with engineering teams, helping them ship faster and safer Developing and documenting operational processes and best practices Proactively identifying areas for improvement in performance, reliability, and scalability Supporting automation, observability, and continuous delivery efforts What are we looking for? You've got: a background in application development, a solid understanding of modern DevOps practices, and hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS, Octopus Deploy , and Elastic Stack Youre decisive, but considered: You know when to move quickly and when to pause, ask questions, and get the full picture. Youre always levelling up: Curious and open to feedback, you see every challenge as a chance to learn and grow.
