Youll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring vehicles are fixed right the first time. What were looking for: Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician (Level 4 or equivalent) Proven experience in a Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician role Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across modern vehicle systems Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, scan data, and technical bulletins Experience working with premium or European vehicles is a big plus Confident using manufacturer diagnostic software and equipment Excellent communication and time-management skills A proactive, can-do attitude with pride in quality workmanship A full NZ drivers licence (clean preferred) Whats in it for you?
