Description Opportunities to contribute to the future directions of Education at Waikato Build on your experiences in the Education sector Additional university leave and competitive superannuation Ng krero m te tranga About the role We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to drive internationalisation across Te Wnanga Toi Tangata Division of Education. As Director of Global Engagement and Development, you will lead the strategic implementation of the Divisions International Plan, aligning with the Universitys global objectives. This influential role involves working closely with the Divisions Executive Team, the Pro Vice-Chancellor, and the Assistant Vice-Chancellor International, Engagement and Partnerships to advance international student recruitment, strengthen global partnerships, and promote alumni engagement, student mobility, and transnational education.

You will also lead and manage key relationships with centres, schools, and external agencies, while identifying new strategic opportunities that enhance the Divisions global presence and educational impact. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the international strategy of a forward-thinking division at the forefront of educational development. Salary will be based on knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.
