Job Description As the Warehouse Manager, you will be accountable for the efficiency, safety, and leadership of our warehouse operations in Auckland. Youll drive operational excellence, lead a team to meet productivity targets, and deliver seamless logistics and distribution outcomes that support our retail network and customers. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the distribution centre including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory, and dispatch Develop and implement warehouse SOPs to maximise accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness Drive a high-performance culture through hands-on coaching, clear expectations, and ongoing development Maintain WHS compliance and ensure a safe and productive working environment Report on key performance metrics including stock accuracy, damaged goods, and labour costs Champion continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment.
