At present, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who pays attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and is proficient in cost estimation and management.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include: Develop & Manage Specific Procurement Strategies Prepare Sub-Contractor & Suppliers Agreements Review Tender Bid Evaluations (Incl. Rates, Quantum & Tags / Exclusions In Accordance With Company Commercial Requirements) Ethical Negotiation With Supply Chain Delivering Procurement Cost Savings Planning, Organising, And Working To Timelines Visit Construction Sites To Monitor Progress Study Building plans The successful candidate must have a Full drivers license with Civil Passport and & Trade Qualification and/or a relevant tertiary qualification. Prior experience in tendering & issuing work packages of between 1-20 million dollars is an advantage.
