The Role Youll take ownership of an existing book of domestic clients, providing advice and tailored insurance solutions across home, motor, contents, and landlord policies. Key Responsibilities Manage and retain a portfolio of domestic clients Provide professional, solutions-focused advice across personal lines Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account development Support brokers on Marine accounts as capacity allows Maintain strong insurer relationships and negotiate terms effectively Ensure compliance and attention to detail in all documentation What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Domestic Broker in the NZ insurance market Strong product knowledge across personal lines Exposure to Marine insurance (cargo, pleasurecraft, or commercial vessels) is an advantage Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Have the Level 5 NZ Certificate in general insurance or ANZIIF Why Apply?
