We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Drainlayer to join our Civil Construction team located in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.

In this role, you will support the team in completing various stormwater, wastewater and water-related jobs in a profitable and efficient manner while complying with all appropriate legislation, company policies, and industry best practices . In a ddition to the above you will: Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate the team on site, managing plant resources and subcontract personnel. Ensure safety, quality, and environmental processes are followed, holding pre-start meetings and reporting all incidents and near misses.

Apply drainage-related skills, including trenching, installing manholes, understanding construction specifications, and sharing skills with others. Were looking for someone with: Minimum current class 2 drivers licence with WTR endorsement, and a Qualified/Trade/Certified Drainlayer.

Proven drain laying experience and understanding of new water connection work.
