The Role We are looking for a Superstar Manager who has the expertise to create a fresh, bright experience for every customer who walks through the doors in Queenstown. This role will start out as a part time position mainly days and then as you get more skilled up and the ski fields open the roll will morph into full time if you choose. 00 - $32.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications (LCQ and/or Managers certificate) Accommodation If you are requiring accommodation, we are offering long-term accommodation in a fully furnished shared twin share room with linen for $200 a week, or a single room for $300 a week. During our peak season from 1st June to 1st October, the rates will be $275 for a twin share room, and $400 for a single room.

You will: Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch. Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members. Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation.

Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take. Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line. Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.

Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance. Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.

Selecting, training and supervising waiting staff. Make reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders.
