Diners can expect the finest quality grass-fed steaks, from 100% New Zealand owned and operated suppliers, and sustainable line-caught fish. The restaurant will be open for dinner and also offers an all-day bar and snack menu, and breakfast for hotel guests. The main dining room seats 85 with additional courtyard, bar and loggia seating.

We are looking for a confident Duty Manager with 2-3 years' experience overseeing medium sized teams in an al a carte restaurant environment. You'll lead by example and enjoy demonstrating your passion for exceptional customer service as well as people management. You must hold a LCQ & Managers license or be able to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe of commencing employment.
