As a kaiako with us, you will work with children of all ages to create stimulating, creative and inspiring learning environments! This role provides 30 hours per week, scheduled on a roster basis from Monday to Friday perfect if you are looking for a good work-life balance! About us: Busy Bees Coopers Beach are a small childcare centre located near the beach in a tight-knit community. We believe that as an early learning centre, we have an important part to play in our local community and a very special opportunity to positively impact the lives of our young tamariki in their early stages of learning and development. We aim to work alongside our early learning centre tamariki and whnau using the surrounding environment as the third teacher.

About You: Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all our children and have a warm, caring and kind disposition. You will be an outstanding communicator, friendly, approachable and enjoy a challenge. A genuine passion and ability to respond to the development needs of our tamariki through planning and curriculum would also be high on the list of skills we are looking for.
