Description The opportunity Were looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Tutor to join our team in Auckland. Youll play a key role in shaping the future of the electrical industry, supporting apprentices and trainees through hands-on teaching, assessment, and coaching. What you'll be doing Deliver and assess approved electrical courses in both block and day release formats Use Skills recommended course materials and maintain training centre readiness Provide academic coaching, guidance, and support to students Track student progress and liaise with Learning Managers and Training Advisors Assist in maintaining workshop equipment and resources Role model and promote a safe, healthy, and positive learning environment Skills And Experiences What youll bring A current New Zealand Electrical Registration (Full Practising Licence, Inspectors Licence or equivalent Electrical Engineering qualification) Strong practical experience in the electrical industry Ideally, experience in adult education or training (though we can support you in this area) Strong communication and coaching skills, with a passion for developing others Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Why join us?
