You will be collaborating daily with a passionate HR team that's known for having one of the strongest, most supportive team cultures in New Zealand - true story! What We're Looking For: 35 years' proven experience in a generalist HR role, with strong exposure to employee relations matters Sound understanding of New Zealand employment law and HR best practices Confident managing ER processes such as investigations, performance management, and grievances Excellent communication skills youll be coaching leaders and supporting employees daily Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage sensitive issues professionally A team player whos also comfortable working independently Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field preferred (or significant practical experience) What You'll Be Doing: Acting as a first point of contact for all HR and ER queries across the business Providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on policies, performance, conduct, and employment matters Conducting workplace investigations and assisting with grievance processes Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new employees Helping develop and deliver people initiatives and training Implementing fresh processes and procedures to make things even better Training and collaborating closely with managers to build their ER confidence Keeping managers up to date with the latest employment law changes (so no ones ever caught off guard) Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and Health & Safety standards Maintaining accurate ER records and preparing reports for leadership Collaborating with a passionate, supportive HR team to drive a great workplace culture Whats In It for You: Competitive salary based on your skills and experience - 90,000 - 100,000k Career development and training opportunities A positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment The chance to work in a fast-growing, future-focused business Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Opportunities to work on exciting HR projects and initiatives Ready to Make Your Move?
