Engineering Lead Factory Mill (Day Shift) | Christchurch We're on the lookout for an experienced Engineering Lead to join our factory team in Christchurch . This is a full-time, day shift role in a hands-on manufacturing environment where you'll take the lead on maintenance, upgrades, and improvements across machinery and operations. About the Role: As Engineering Lead, youll be responsible for: Leading day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities Planning preventative maintenance schedules Troubleshooting breakdowns and overseeing repairs Driving efficiency improvements across equipment and processes Coordinating with production teams and contractors Keeping safety, quality, and compliance top of mind at all times What Were Looking For: Strong mechanical and/or electrical background Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Proven leadership skills and ability to manage priorities on the floor Someone practical, reliable, and safety-conscious Location: Christchurch Shift: Day shift (MondayFriday) Sound like you?
