Your mission as Engineering Lead We're looking for someone exceptional to join our team as an Engineering Leadsomeone who loves solving complex problems, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and wants to shape technology that genuinely makes a difference. At Valocity, were a global team (with hubs in Wellington, Auckland, Australia, and India), and this role is based in our Wellington office, working hybrid with 3 days a week on-site in our fantastic workspace. Were building AI-driven, cloud-native platforms that are transforming how property decisions are madefor people and for the planet.

Our core tech stack includes .NET (C#) and Angular, hosted on Microsoft Azure. Were looking for someone with strong hands-on technical knowledge and leadership experience in these technologies whos ready to help guide and grow a team building high-impact SaaS products.

You'll be hands-on, deeply technical, and focused on outcomes (from design to deployment) with an eye on security, scalability, and sustainability.
