(Please note that you must already have work rights in New Zealand to be considered for this role) About the Role: As an Engineering Supervisor, youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels engineering and maintenance services.

From supervising HVAC systems to leading daily maintenance, your expertise will directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of our guests and colleagues. You will work closely with our Chief Engineer, take initiative to solve challenges, and ensure our high standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.

Coordinate and oversee internal and external trades and contractors. Ensure compliance with New Zealand HVAC codes and maintain detailed records. Assist with fire protection, preventive maintenance, and plant equipment inspections.

Lead and motivate the engineering team in the absence of the Chief Engineer or Engineering Manager. Deliver exceptional service, creating WOW moments for our guests. What Were Looking For: Holds a current EWRB practising licence (e.

g. Electrical Service Technician). Strong expertise in HVAC systems and engineering maintenance.

Excellent communicator with proven leadership abilities. A flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
