About the Role As an Environmental Analyst , youll play a key role in monitoring environmental impacts, managing odour control, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Reporting to the Environmental Engineer onsite, youll carry out field sampling and testing, coordinate with laboratories, and provide analytical insights that support continuous improvement and environmental stewardship. What Youll Be Doing: Conducting environmental sampling and analysis across air, water, and soil to support compliance with consents and management plans.
Taking full ownership of odour monitoring, complaint investigations, and reporting. Operating odour control equipment and ensuring full compliance with the Landfill Odour Management Plan. Collecting, preparing, and dispatching environmental samples for external laboratory analysis.
Coordinating with laboratories to ensure efficient turnaround and accuracy of test results. Contributing to internal audits and external compliance reporting. Supporting other environmental projects as directed by the Manager.
