Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and weve got big goals and are ready to achieve them. This is where you come in You will be responsible for driving digital growth strategies, including paid acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and digital engagement.
While you do not own all growth initiatives, you play a critical role in ensuring digital marketing strategies align with and support broader growth efforts, such as partnerships and offline activations for our portfolio of brands. Youll work closely with brand, product marketing, partnerships and sales teams to ensure alignment of digital to wider growth strategies. (Some of) What you'll do Drive the development and execution of digital growth marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Everwell.
Collaborate across the Marketing Leadership team and cross-functionally to align growth digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives. Utilise data, insights and tends to identify new ways for Everwell to reach, engage and acquire customers. Oversee all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
Lead team members and agency partners in managing performance campaigns and investment. Conduct regular analysis of media and website performance in order to identify and prioritise opportunities for growth and optimisation of activity Develop accurate acquisition forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business goals. Develop and implement digital channel strategies to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement.
Manage websites, ensuring they remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion. Lead the social media function and team for the organisation, in strong collaboration with the Creative & Brand Lead and other marketing leaders. What you'll bring.
7 - 10 years of digital marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS or tech.
