This is where you come in As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer and commercial value of new and existing products within a product line of EverWell.
You will be comfortable working in complex product spaces that require navigating large degrees of ambiguity and comprehensive stakeholder management. You will manage products end-to-end, from early-stage research and ideation, through to implementation and improvement of product over time. Your impact will be measured by key commercial and customer success metrics of the products you manage.
What you'll do. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and articulate a product strategy, identify market trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities to drive customer growth and commercial success. You'll create product strategy documents that describes high-level use cases, product requirements with supporting revenue projections & ROI models and develop product position and messaging that differentiates their products across primary market segments.
All while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Operations to refine and execute the strategy. Opportunity & Risk Evaluation: Assess new opportunities using customer knowledge, product data insights, competitive landscape, and market insights to drive customer and commercial growth of their product line. Identify potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.
