M te Tranga | About the Role Your role will be to ensure the Executive - Chief Information Officer (CIO) is fully supported in their role and that their time can be directed to managing their activities and strategies, rather than focusing on administrative issues. We spoke with our Executive Manager - Technology (who this role will be working closely with) and she let us know the following about the role: What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? Proactively manage email, travel and diary management for our CIO, including timely delivery of briefing materials for events and meetings. Support and assist the Executive Manager and members of the Technology Leadership Team (TLT) as and when required.

Engaging with the Executive Manager and TLT to deliver key projects and change initiatives for the CIO and Leadership Team, with a specific focus on the CIO's personal management and administration. Deal with all requests to the CIO in a professional and effective manner, handling enquiries or delegating them to an appropriate person. Responsible for event management, taking ownership of events sponsored or hosted by the CIO (e.

g. Technology wide events and externally hosted customer functions). What is the team culture and environment like?
