Executive Assistant to Chief Sustainability Officer Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO). This role is pivotal in supporting the advancement of Becas sustainability ambitions and serves as a central link between our leadership team and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Optimise the CSOs time by understanding priorities and ensuring focus on key goals. Liaise with other executives, their support, senior-level contacts. Proactively manage time and be available to provide responsive support and communications.
Organise complex travel logistics across New Zealand and globally. Manage events and meetings, including agendas, actions, venues, travel and accommodation. Build strong relationships with partner organisations, stakeholders and internal teams.
Prepare high-standard documents and presentations using office technology, helping with accurate reporting and communications. Manage materials and provide environmental scans to keep the CSO informed of relevant media and articles. Mentor and advocate for others growth and development.
Supporting the wider Executive Leadership Group as part of a team of executive assistants, providing overflow capacity with work as needed.
