Transaction Monitoring Specialist: Identify and mitigate financial crime risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect our organisation Financial Crime Quality Assurance & Training Manager: Enhance financial crime prevention efforts by ensuring exceptional compliance and delivering comprehensive staff training ensuring capability uplift. Head of Financial Crime Compliance & Governance: Lead and oversee financial crime compliance and governance initiatives, ensuring robust regulatory adherence and effective risk management . Senior Manager Intelligence: Produce actionable intelligence to inform transaction monitoring, investigations, and decision-making, while fostering a high-performing team culture.
Financial Crime Analysts: Analyse financial data to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. What you bring Demonstrated expertise in detecting and preventing financial crimes, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate financial crime risks through thorough data analysis and monitoring.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently, even under pressure. Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with team members, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Comprehensive understanding of financial crime regulations and compliance requirements.
A collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to teamwork. Appropriate qualifications and/or certifications in your field of expertise. Experience in highly regulated environments and/or the casino and entertainment industries is highly regarded.
