Eco Maintenance is a well-established, NZ owned, facilities and open space amenity maintenance provider with offices in Auckland, Waikato, Wellington, Masterton and Dunedin. Due to contract growth, we are looking for a dynamic yet down-to-earth, Facilities & Operations Manager to join our Auckland based team. About the role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, youll lead the delivery of your nominated contracts, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will have direct management of a team of field and administrative employees. Your leadership will guide operations across gardening, graffiti management, asset maintenance, and public facility care.

This is a critical leadership role where youll: Ensure contractual obligations are met and consistently exceeded Drive operational performance aligned with client expectations Build and maintain strong working relationships with your nominated clients and stakeholders Support and develop your team members Monitor contract KPIs , ensure compliance, and provide accurate, timely reporting Foster a culture of health and safety , continuous improvement, and team engagement About you The successful person will have: Minimum of five years experience in an admin role, ideally within Facilities Management Good working knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, outlook), Working experience with job allocation and asset management tools, Maintain X, Maximo are highly beneficial, Proven experience managing a diverse team, Experience managing and growing contracts, ideally in a Facilities Management environment Excellent communication skills, oral and written, Experience scoping, quoting and managing projects is highly beneficial.
