Working like a well oiled machine with the sales team and Management to ensure profitability of your department Assisting with developing and implementing strategies that improve sales and customer service. What We're Looking For: Previous proven experience in lending or business-to-consumer (B2C) selling preferably in a dealership setting Ability to work a 5-day roster, including weekends (because that's when the magic happens).
